Teras Oceanarium by Plataran not only comes with an Indonesian-Asian menu, but also a Western menu. According to Cornila Desyana, Senior Marketing Communication Manager of Plataran Indonesia, the menu itself was created directly by the Chef and has several similarities to other Plataran restaurants.
One of the famous ones is Terrace Duck Noodles which consists of Hong Kong noodles, savory broth and pieces of duck and bok choi vegetables. This dish, priced at IDR 89 thousand, is a favorite of many customers at other Plataran restaurants.
Moringa Porridge at the Oceanarium Terrace Restaurant by Plataran (/Dinda Rachmawati) There is also Moringa Porridge which is unique, because it is green from Moringa leaves. This dish is equipped with chicken pieces, boiled eggs and celery topping as well as fried onions which add to the enjoyment. For those who like it spicy, you can also add chili sauce to this dish for IDR 75 thousand.
For those who want to snack on other Indonesian dishes, tofu skin spring rolls, fried tape and ongol-ongol you can also try of course with five star taste but prices that are more pocket friendly, starting from IDR 35 thousand.
